WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
The function of the PLPV is to plan, coordinate, and help execute the validation plan in support of the product development process.
He is requested to manage periodic project reviews with KPI's, budget status, and management status reviews in line with DVP Guidelines and GPD2 Process.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Development of specific test plans (DVP) with clear definition and measurable targets according to product profiles, new content analysis and product requirements documents (PRD)
- Report status of projects via Key Performance Indicators to PE, Platform, and Project Team
- Assess & monitor risk associated with the verification activities.
- Follow issues to resolution and validation of resolution, providing additional information and data as required to the design teams.
- Contribute to populate iDVP (Integrated Design Verification Plan) actions integrating Virtual Validation, Vehicle, EHSA, CPM and Supplier validation plans.
- Through the DVP development supply budget targets and track project costs throughout the development and validation phase.
- Manage periodic project reviews with KPI's, budget status, and management status reviews in line with DVP Guidelines and GPD2 Process.
- Support the incorporation of test procedures with the DVP (Design Validation Plans) development and facilitate update of the DVP status for program reviews.
- Identify the test practices that need procedures written and prioritize that list for action.
(preliminary list has been developed).
- Create a standard template to document current and future procedures.
- Manage completion of Engineering Sign-off documentation for program OKTS.
- Definition and management of PV milestones including PI, PA, Design Release, OKTB and OKTS.
- Collaborate with other Global resources to coordinate progress and acceptability across regions / sites.
- Support development, implementation, and use of new product evaluation information system CTS.
- Work directly with other members (internal customers) of the Platform Team including design, marketing and manufacturing, as well as other test organizations within CNH.
- Support functional teams in the development of test specifications.
- Assessment and verification of New Content Risk Assessment and confirmation of Proactive Activities.
- Definition of program driveline and sub-system requirements and identification of driveline/vehicle specifications at development, pre-build and 4P phases.
- Confirmation of driveline build micro-plans with parts availability and build risk assessments.
- Be the PV Platform representative in the Platform.
- Participate in design reviews.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor or Master Degreee in Mechanical or Agriculture field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Project management, validation or R&D area
- Team leader approach and People management
- Good interpersonal and relationship skills
- Results oriented approach
- Tractor usage and technical knowledge preferred
- Good (Technical) English language knowledge
- Flexibility to travel abroad
- Strong experience in problem solving techniques
- Able to work in a Multi-cultural environment with remotes teams
- Ability to demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills required
- At least a basic understanding of vehicle systems
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
