Job responsibilities:1) Support digital work in Europe, including several overseas sales subsidiaries in Italy, Germany, France and the United Kingdom;2) Interconnect with IT departments of the Group, understand the Group's applications, infra, Principal, and overall solutions for digital products, and provide planning and operation and maintenance support for digital work in the European region, such as: Overseas user demand planning, with overseas users as the center, digital planning of overseas users' production, research and marketing and other business needs, and the IT5000 operation and maintenance team to upgrade and deal with key issues3) As the hub of European users and Group IT, cooperate with local business statements and effectively implement Group control requirements; Implement and monitor the Group's IT standards in Europe; Project support, monitor and support the implementation process of key projects, track the application status after launching, close the user demands, and improve user satisfaction4) Quickly configure the group's standard solutions or low-code solutions to meet the personalized business demands in Europe, such as QBI/PBI report customization, EDI configuration, etcQualifications:1) Have overseas digital experience, can quickly understand and be familiar with the business flow, data flow, system architecture and system operation of various systems in overseas application solutions (product team can provide training);2) Strong adaptability, strong ability to withstand pressure, able to independently analyze and clearly judge the system involved in the problems raised by users, and pull the IT team to solve the first-line system operation and maintenance problems;3) Familiar with Power BI, Quick BI, Yonghong and other similar data analysis products is preferred4) Responsible, closed loop to the user's questions;5) English as a working language, fluent communication, German or Italian is preferred;
