Responsibilities:Support digital work in Europe, including several overseas sales subsidiaries in Italy, Germany, France, and the United Kingdom;Interconnect with IT departments of the Group, understand the Group's applications, infrastructure, Principal, and overall solutions for digital products, and provide planning and operation and maintenance support for digital work in the European region.

This includes overseas user demand planning, digital planning of overseas users' production, research, marketing, and other business needs, and collaborating with the IT5000 operation and maintenance team to upgrade and address key issues;Act as the hub for European users and Group IT, cooperate with local business statements, and effectively implement Group control requirements.

Implement and monitor the Group's IT standards in Europe, provide project support, monitor and support the implementation process of key projects, track application status after launching, address user demands, and improve user satisfaction;Quickly configure the Group's standard solutions or low-code solutions to meet personalized business demands in Europe, such as QBI/PBI report customization and EDI configuration. Qualifications:Overseas digital experience with a quick understanding of business flow, data flow, system architecture, and system operation of various systems in overseas application solutions (product team can provide training);Strong adaptability and ability to withstand pressure, with skills to independently analyze and clearly judge the systems involved in user-raised problems and engage the IT team to resolve first-line system operation and maintenance issues;Familiarity with Power BI, Quick BI, Yonghong, and similar data analysis products is preferred;Responsible and able to close the loop on user inquiries;Fluent in English as a working language; German or Italian language skills are preferred.
