The Product Manager is part of the Product Innovation & Development function and reports to the Product Management Director.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead the product vision and manage the product at 360°: from product idea to concept, development, launch and maintenance.

Keep the existing product portfolio attractive, effective and profitable and ensure its renewal.

Analyse new product requirements and ensure the definition and launch of a new product portfolio that meets business opportunities and provides value to the company and customers.

Support the markets by ensuring technical communication between Product Application & Care and the markets Technology Application and Sales teams, and business communication between Product Go To Market and Product Marketing and the markets Sales and Marketing teams.

KEY ACTIVITIES Analyze market share, product portfolio and positioning of competitors Define with marketing function contents of brochure and case history to promote products Define and implement price list and sales tools to boost sales of products Define demo, events and exhibitions to show to the customers the products Brief and train the sales force
