Position**:

The position is based in Rome.

In charge of both Product and Retail Merchandising function for KIDS category in Fendi, his/her mission will be to ensure a successful collection development and coordinate all showroom activities both for Retail and Wholesale distribution channels.

**_ Main Responsibilities_

- Collection Development: _

- Support in the elaboration of the Collection Brief to be presented to the KIDS design team (RTW, SHOES, ACC);

- Samples management (delivery follow up with development team, showroom activities, shooting sessions. . . );

- Actively take part to key collection activities: catalogue upload and updates, pricing, editing, product Training;

- Deliveries follow up;

- Competitive bemchmark.

- Merchandising:_

- Elaborate weekly, monthly and yearly business reports;

- Define Retail assortment, core offer and VM guidelines - Upload all relevant information in the buying tool;

- Collaborate with key departments (i. e. , supply chain, marketing, communication, regional offices) in helping coordinated collection launches, sustain carry over sales.

**Profile**:

- University degree in Economics, Business or related fields;

- Previous experiences in merchandising and product management;

- Advanced/Intermediate knowledge of Office Pack (especially Excel, Power Point and Power BI);

- Analytical, detail oriented and flexible;

- Fluent in Italian and English;

- Strong fashion interest and sensibility.
