The Role: Product Manager (Technical) In this role, you'll blend product management with hands-on coding, helping lead our tech-driven vision from concept to execution. You'll be responsible for setting product strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and developing essential components of our technology stack. This role is available part-time or full-time, with an option to transition to a full-time employee (FTE) position within 12 months. For the right candidate, there's also the opportunity to join as a co-founder and play a critical role in driving the company forward. Compensation & Benefits • Salary: €700 to €1000 per month, with an increase to €1, 000 - €1, 500 per month upon funding, expected within six months. • Equity: Significant equity options, with potential for increased ownership as you drive the company's growth. • Co-Founder Opportunity: For those with long-term vision and commitment, there's the potential to join as a co-founder, with all associated benefits and responsibilities. What You'll Do: • Hands-On Coding & Development: Work directly within our tech and sales stack, including Node. js for back-end, React Native and Next. js for front-end applications, and MongoDB for data management. • Set Product Vision & Technical Strategy: Develop a roadmap focused on objectives like new sensor integrations to enlarge data for health-performance analysis, balancing technical feasibility with strategic goals. • Lead Cross-Functional Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to translate our product vision into clear, actionable code and technical projects. • Build and Optimize the back-end: Develop and refine back-end functionalities for data collection, user analytics, and scalable performance data management. • Enhance User Experience: Code and implement improvements of the interface to journey, from opening the APP to a seamless experience. • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Use analytics to measure product performance, optimize code, and ensure alignment with user needs and business objectives. Who You Are: • Technical Product Manager with Coding Expertise: You have 3 years in product management or hardware/software development, with strong coding skills in Node. js, React Native, Next. js, Flutter, and MongoDB. • Customer-Centric: You prioritize the user journey and are passionate about creating efficient, enjoyable products that address real needs of millions of people. • Cloud Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure for deployment and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows. • Strategic Thinker & Tactical Doer: You can set a big-picture strategy while diving into hands-on coding to execute that vision. • Collaborative Communicator: Able to work effectively across teams, simplifying complex ideas and aligning developers and stakeholders around product goals. • High-Impact Role: Shape a game-changing product that's gaining traction and redefining movement data collection and analysis in sports training. • Path to Growth: Start part-time or full-time, with a path to FTE status and a salary increase upon funding. • Equity & Ownership: Meaningful equity with potential for greater ownership, including the chance to become a co-founder. • Innovative Environment: Join a team supported by Italy's top sports-tech accelerator, dedicated to transforming the event experience.
