**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
Your main responsibility will be to oversee **Launchmetrics Spotlight** and **Galleries**, which together constitute both sides of a content platform: the **Creator** side, including journalists, editors, trend forecasters, and more, through Spotlight ; and the **Brand** side, through Galleries.
**Launchmetrics Spotlight **is our latest product that provides Creators with access to all the content they need, such as images, videos, samples, events, and more, to inspire, write, and illustrate their editorial content. This platform is already an industry reference, having signed contracts with all major fashion publishing houses (Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, Elle, Marie Claire ) to date. It represents one of our biggest revenue streams.
Spotlight is also a crucial asset for the development strategy of Launchmetrics, as it will enable our brand clients to identify, reach, and communicate with key industry players.
On the flip side of that coin, our **Galleries **app enables our Brand customers to store, organize (including automatically through AI), and showcase digital assets to their audience. This hub for content management is connected with all our apps: from our samples trafficking tool, to digital showrooms, to our marketing insights & analytics tools, and of course, to Spotlight.
As a PM at Launchmetrics, you will be in charge of identifying high-level objectives for your product—following up on their delivery with the tech team—tracking its KPIs—creating, maintaining, and communicating on its roadmap—analyzing market trends & competitive landscapes, and everything in between.
In short, you will be responsible for the success of your product, so you'll need to:
- Talk with your users. A lot.
- Articulate their needs into clear product features and requirements that can be quantified. Work with the tech team to deliver these features on a daily basis
- Define the metrics and KPIs used to measure the adoption and performance of your product over time.
- Work closely with Product Designers, stakeholders, Product Marketing, CS & Sales, and C-level executives, while speaking the right language with each of them. ?
- Inspire your squad (and the company) at large on your product's vision and mission
- Working with the Spotlight Photographers, you'll have the opportunity to take a peek behind the curtain of the fashion shows; seeing the works of art that the models are wearing, the elegance of their walk, the sound and lights of the show itself_
**ABOUT YOU***:
- You have graduated from a top Engineering or Business School/University.
- You have 2 years of experience in product management within tech companies collaborating with Software Engineers on a daily basis.
- You are fluent in English, with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- You are a kickass organizer with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- You are passionate about solving user problems, discovering pain points and using your analytical mind to explore potential solutions.
- You love Data, you want to measure everything and factor those learnings into future prioritization.
- You can rally your team towards a common cause, to find the best ideas and solve problems together.
**Extra-Credit**:
- You have experience in the Fashion industry.
- You have experience in any/all of: SaaS business models, design thinking, product development, agile methodologies, customer success & support.
- You have experience in content platforms like Netflix, Spotify, or the like.
- You speak Italian.
