Job DescriptionProduct Manager Manage, for the assigned market, the development and promotion of a product or a product line, coordinating all phases implementation of support plans Main Responsibilities • Define and develop, in coordination with the direct manager, the Marketing Plan for the products of competence. • In line with the strategies defined by the Marketing Plans, collaborates, for the product / products under its responsibility, with the local Units of the Group in the activities of:- market potential analysis;- development and implementation of the Marketing Plan for the assigned product, in -order to appropriately allocate the available resources;- definition and implementation of the most appropriate communication strategies. • Operationally follow the promotional and advertising activities with international impact in compliance with the current legislation on advertising and promotion (European legislation (TITLE VIII "ADVERTISING" of the DIRECTIVE 2001/83 / EC OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of 6 November 2001; EFPIA codes of practice). , Verifying the timely organization, implementation and correct execution• Operationally, in coordination with Medical Affairs, Global Medical & Scientific Information and Commercial Functions, carry out training on new products or on new indications for existing products for the entire commercial network. • Ensure to the Commercial Network and to the various Subsidiaries / Affiliates of the Group, information and updates relating to the products of competence and the reference markets. • Maintain relationships with the major national and international opinion leaders in the sector. • Verify monthly the commercial result of the product by drawing up reports with information on periodic results, analyzing the results and illustrating the marketing activities carried out. • Check the impact of new projects/tactics on the short and long-term sales of the products within the area of competence. • Contribute to strengthening the Company's image, and to spreading Vision, Values and Corporate Identity Requirements: • Degree in economics or scientific field• 2-5 years of experience in marketing area• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Good Knowledge in English• Excellent knowledge of Office 365
