**What You'll Do**:
- Leading various projects, helping developers understand their tasks and tasks
- Using your project management knowledge to map out project scopes, present project breakdowns and using creative direction to present demos
- Assisting on the project with designers regarding user experience
- Attending workshops and conferences with our team
- Providing input on general product team action items to help us become the best
**Responsibilities**:
- Support, implement, and articulate business objectives, product requirements and product strategy to drive growth.
- Manage product roadmaps and partner with cross functional teams to manage product lifecycle including the conceptualization, development, and retirement of products and services.
- Collaborate with the product teams, including the engineering and the design verticals, to identify realistic timelines and the implementation of measures for feature prioritization and product requirements using strategic techniques, which are measurable and adaptive.
- Provide a sense of direction for the entire product delivery team and other product stakeholders.
- Understand how to compile and aggregate all product and business requirements to define information architecture, scope, and timelines.
- Define target users and map meaningful user stories that will inform feature requirements and align design and engineering teams towards the proper implementation of features.
- Break down product requirements/improvements/bugs and organize them down into backlog items.
- Guide the prioritization of backlog items to plan and execute product sprints.
**Skills Required**:
- Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Zeplin, Invision, Keynote, Microsoft Office.
- Hands on experience with agile processes and principles, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Creative direction and innovative approach to understanding partners, their needs and how we specify our requirements.
- Possessing a unique approach to making partners feel comfortable interacting with us.
- Have a technology background so you can effectively work and communicate with your fellow software developers and product designers.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience with Agile Project Management Tools is preferred (e. g. , JIRA).
- You are highly organized and can consolidate large amounts of information and translate them into digestible pieces.
- You take ownership of what you work on.
You're ready to explain it to your colleagues and support it in production.
- You love building software as much as you love helping your co-workers become stronger software developers.
**Bonus points if you**:
- Are passionate and in love with the STEM industry, especially software development.
- Very creative.
You can demonstrate a portfolio with previous design, demo, pitch deck and social media work.
- Can think outside the box.
- Have a sense of humour.
- Are very ambitious and love the startup environment.
- Must be able to work strange hours and be flexible - we're a startup - sacrifices are made to make us greater!
**Salary**: €35, 000. 00 - €50, 000. 00 per year

We have shifted to an entirely virtual environment.
Our team takes initiative and operates well independently or as teams so we've been working a blend of remote/in office since we've started Speer.
