About the Role You will be part of a dynamic team within the Marketing division and in particular the Product Management department and you will have the chance to work with a global exposure.
Main responsibilities include: - Mapping customer / market needs and defining the critical product functions needed to meet them - Technical benchmark analysis with machinerieson the market - Take part to the definition of the product line roadmap - Product offering activities - Presentations to be created and shown to internal and external stakeholders - Supporting Sales in understanding product feasibility, the company positioning in the market, the added value generated for the customer and related business plan - Working closely to the Assembly and the Technical Dept. , in order to improve and develop machines features - Visiting customers to support sales from a technical point of view You will be fully trained and guided in this role.
What You Need to Be Successful - Master's degree in Engineering - Exposure to/minimum experience in the industrial field (one year of experience is highly appreciated) - Good understanding of the English language, both written and oral - Strong aptitude for creating and reinforcing interpersonal relationships - Effective communication skills to easily build trust towards colleagues and stakeholders Our Offer - Smart working policy - Corporate welfare services - Company restaurant - Learning and development programs - Wellness centre Job Reference: CGS11996
