For a multinational Company, leading global manufacturer in HVAC, specialized in the production and sale of components and accessories for ventilation we are searching for:

**Product Manager

for a multinational Company, leading global manufacturer in HVAC, specialized in the production and sale of components and accessories for ventilation.

Main responsibilities

- Responsible for product portfolio produced;

- Develops global strategies for profitable growth;

- Responsible to obtain VOC - Input and to manage the idea creation process for new product development funnel;

- Designs and identifies gaps in existing product lines to support new product introduction and manages the product life cycle through product maturation continuously seeking opportunities for improvement;

- Key user of existing BI tools to monitor sales evolution (by product, customer);

- Key user of CRM tool to monitor customer profile;

- Drives the most complex and/high value products into the market at maximum profit and sales;

- Serves as a resource and partner with Sales during long-term contract negotiations.

Knowledge and experience

- Master degree in Engineering;

- At least 5 years' experience in the same or similar role;

- Experience in multinational companies and in leading roles;

- Strong technical knowledge;

- Advanced competence in communication and change management.
