Join Roche, where every voice matters. The PositionIn the Marketing Team, reporting to the BST Lead Core Lab, you will be responsible for the commercial success of a product portfolio in the field of Central Laboratory (Automation, Immunochemistry, Clinical Chemistry, Coagulation, Urinalysis).
As Product Manager you will manage the product life cycle (pre-launch, launch, maturity and phase-out), define and implement strategic direction and tactical plan for the assigned portfolio, with the right resource allocation and management.
You will also represent Roche Italy in international teams and task forces. Role's main responsibilities are:Successfully lead in the matrix and collaborate with other colleagues in the Marketing Team, Global Business Area, and other functions (Commercial, Medical, Market Access, Service, Finance, Logistics…) in order to ensure effective/efficient business processes and commercial successDevelop and roll-out marketing materials, events and promotional campaigns, designing and developing promotion and sales aids (printed and electronic marketing materials, product training, …) in accordance with the Commercial Strategy and execution plan, liaising with external advertising agenciesProactively collaborate with the Commercial team providing sales and competitive arguments and developing/conducting training activities on products, competition and strategyEnsure that all products are properly forecasted; manage introduction / withdrawal / changes of products in the portfolio; and solve supply issues to minimize impact on customersUndertake regular field visits, including key customers and opinion leaders, and give customer presentations on products in the assigned portfolioDesired Skills and Experience:University degree in Life Sciences or Business Management; a Master in Marketing and/or Healthcare management is a plusAt least 5 years' experience in Product Management or Sales in the Diagnostics/Pharmaceutical industry; experience in Central Laboratory IVD business (Automation, Immunochemistry, Clinical Chemistry, Coagulation, Urinalysis) is a plusExcellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Italian and English - ability to write and deliver training courses and materials; ability to read, understand and communicate business and technical informationOpen to and interested in the use of new digital tools and new ways of working (e. g.
