**Your main tasks could be**:

- Studying market and competitive trends and developments, monitoring trends and collecting standards, to provide reports to support new product development and

strategy decisions

- Managing and coordinating the activities necessary to gather and process market trends, demands and needs

- Structuring, in collaboration with the Research and Development Department, the analysis of competitor products and collecting and structuring data from the market

about the composition of the offer of the products under analysis, prices and commercial terms of sale

- Collecting and processing, in cooperation with the sales department and R&D,

customer requests for product customisation

- Reporting to the quality manager any market reports of product non-conformities and defining in the event of actual non-conformities the communication to be reported to the market in agreement with the sales and technical management

- Studying and knowledge of the relevant regulations

- Managing the product certification process

- Managing on-site inspections for technical investigations and problem solving first-hand technical interventions on site to solve the problem.

**Your profile**:

- Engineering degree

- Excellent knowledge of the English language

- Knowledge of German and/or French will be an advantage

- Willingness to travel
