Description

General information:Support business results by overseeing all steps in the product, system or service life cycle including development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability. Responsibilities:Manage new products/system/service launch and life cycle from phase-in to phase-out.

Coordinate and supervises the product road map.

Define and oversees recovery plans as necessary; Responsible for the profitability and life cycle of one product/system/service line/group by defining; Oversee inventory levels and sales volumes on a regular basis to ensure ability to fulfil customer orders.

Track and analyze product/system/service performance and trends in terms of volume and profitability; Coordinate analysis to evaluate market and contribute to marketing plan development; Ensure technical and commercial support to Sales force for critical or special negotiations; Work with Research & Development (R&D) to propose and evaluate product feasibility projects and roadmaps for new products/system/service and variants; Collaborate with internal Marketing and Sales teams to define the marketing plan, including marketing communication activities, training activities and sales initiatives; Ensure (with HR Manager support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed.

Guide, motivate and develop direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies; Live core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues, and the business. Your background:Bachelor's degree in Electric, Mechanical or Electromechanical field; At least 4-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment; Available to travel worldwide; Good knowledge of English;
