Due to the expansion of our sales activity in the European market we are looking for an ambitious and experienced

**PRODUCT MANAGER BIOCIDES (M/F/D)**:

**Your tasks**:

- Responsible for new product development projects for biocides (particular attention to flying insects) incl.

launches, price positioning, packaging design, branding for mass retail customers

- Accountable for an active portfolio management: definition of a long term portfolio for biocides focusing on mass retail market

- Coordinate the research of new packaging solutions (partnering, outsourcing) for existing and new products, with focus on more sustainable solutions.

- Manage change in standard product configurations with appropriate validation and implementation plan

- Screen active ingredients, formulations and packaging to serve the market segments with strong focus on more sustainable solutions

- Act as expert for biocides portfolio to all internal and external stakeholders

- Steer the projects, monitor the progress and develop countermeasures to ensure a successful completion

- Analyze the market and the competitor products

- Main interface between Research & Development, Sales and Customers

**Your skills**:

- Relevant degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biology or Agronomy with specialisation in Insecticides

- Minimum 5 years' experience as Product or Brand Manager in the insecticide or biocide household

- Italian or German native speaker with perfect command of English

- Ability to think strategically and define business opportunities or create value-add solutions

- Strong business acumen with "Hands on" - mentality

- Willingness to tackle and solve all topics in a consequent and focussed manner

- Dynamic and persistent personality with the ability to get things done

- Very good customer service and market oriented skills

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Willingness to travel up to 30%
