For our client, an important multinational company, with a leading position in the Beauty Sector, we are looking for a:

**PRODUCT MANAGER**:

- Build and implementation of the marketing plan;

- Monitor and manage constantly the A&P mix, taking into account the guidelines, local needs and sell-out targets;

- Organize marketing presentation and documents for sales force meetings;

- Collaborate with all Marketing services and Commercial team, to develop and implement all necessary actions to meet business targets;

- Forecasting of launches/animations in cooperation with commercial team and forecasting of all POSM materials in line with marketing plan;

- Monitor sell-out sales, competitors' activities and performance

- Establishment of reporting with the Group Product Manager

- Bachelor's degree

- 2/3 years of experience in a similar role in relevant Beauty/Consumer Goods Companies

- Excellent knowledge of the Office package and advanced use of Excel

- English advanced knowledge is highly required

- Digital attitude, precision and autonomy

- Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic planning ability, target-oriented behaviour

- Capacity to think out of the box, passion for beauty, creativity attitude and curiosity
