Job Description
**What will you take care of?
As a Channel Marketer you will be the expert for the specific sales channel group(s) in the sub-region and drives the sales channel related activities.
In particular you will be responsible for:
- all marketing activities for customers within the particular sales channel with the aim to:
Increase the Automotive Aftermarket division's share of business via additional core business field portfolios
Improve profit;
Increase the level of product penetration of Bosch AA products
Development of depth of distribution within the particluar channel by supporting country sales with channel specific intelligence (customer analysis and assessment/acquisition of potential customers)
- Development and Maintenance of a consistent (service) pricing and condition structure for the particular channel and alignment with other channel marketers to avoid channel conflicts.
Alignment of price and conditions with product (concept) specialist to support the expected BU gross margins (consolidated) and development targets
- Coordination of sales promotions and campaigns with relevant Product Specialist (PS) and Key Account Managers through:
- Competitor Analysis: Create and maintain full transparency over relevant competitor activities in the particular channel with regards to portfolio, coverage, pricing, POS activities and develop counteractivities
Qualifications
**What distinguishes you?
- Experience in automotive aftermarket
- fluent written / oral Italian, good english written / oral
- Comprehensive marketing and sales background
- Experience in leading cross-functional projects
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies
- Excellent presentation skills
- Experienced in program analysis with regards to technical and commercial aspects
- Team player
- Work collaboratively with all internal / external colleagues in the roll-out
