We are looking for a DDS Product Manager to be inserted in our Product Management DDS function in our Headquarters in Piombino Dese (PD).

**Activities

- Responsible for the execution of the product / service strategy and roadmap (lifecycle management of the product / service).

- Collects, manages and maintains traceability of requirements from all stakeholders of the assigned product / service lines.

- Writes Product Requirements documents and is responsible for the progressive updates.

- Be the recognized expert in the business on the product, the market and the competition: commission market and competitor research (internal / external); collates feedback from business teams and customers; develops and delivers product positioning by market segment and product features.

- Executes operatively the core positioning and messaging to differentiate products / services in the market, develops and delivers go to market launch plans, evangelizes the product internally and externally, and Communicates the proposition to Business teams (i. e.

why customers should buy) and promotes the product internally through training sessions, etc.

- Ensures the execution of reporting activities in order to regularly deliver volume, revenues and profit forecasts by product and geography, highlighting critical issues and proposing improvement actions to manager above, in order to improve performances and deliver targets assigned.

- Ensures in line with business objectives the proper management of budget with cost savings in mind.

- Interacts regularly and effectively communicates with key internal and external business stakeholders, participating in the building of effective and sustainable partnerships with company influencers in order to deliver targets assigned as well as ensuring a constant and effective alignment on company objectives and strategic goals fostering the SG competitive advantages.

**Qualifications

- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management

- Strong problem-solving skills

- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- MS/BS degree in Economics, Computer Science, Engineering

- Outstanding level of English both written and spoken
