We are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated Product Specialist to join our Flow Control Platform team focused on Electronic Expansion Valves' Drivers.

The Product Specialist will be responsible for collecting and managing market requirements, analyzing competitors' products, and contributing to defining the roadmap for new products.

The Product Specialist will be accountable for the entire lifecycle of a product line-up and leverage continuous innovation to improve Quality, Cost, and Delivery performances of the product.

In this role, you will define priorities, coordinate actions across different areas of the organization, and manage strong communication with customers and the sales network.

Being successful in this role requires excellent communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work as part of a team.

It requires a passion for creating best-in-class solutions, a strong vision for the product, and a high level of flexibility, proactivity, and time management skills.
