**Key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Taking charge of marketing strategies for the Business Unit, including the launch of new products.

- Conducting product training and developing marketing communications for our sales force.

- Organizing and managing marketing events such as congresses, customer meetings, and courses.

- Supporting the sales force during Operating Room Demonstrations (OPDs) or product demos.

- Engaging in communications and attending meetings with the global marketing team.

- Keeping a close eye on market trends, market share, and competitors.

- Managing digital campaigns and creating, planning, and developing marketing content across both online and offline channels

- The position involves approximately 50% travel requirement.

You are however likely to succeed in this position if you possess:

- _A university degree in Medical Technology or Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or equivalent. _

- _Ideally, strong technical knowledge in areas such as airway management, anaesthesia, intensive care medicine, and emergency medicine, or a demonstrated ambition to acquire expertise in these areas. _

- _Minimum of 2 years of significant experience as a Product Manager or Product Specialist. _

- _Ability to work independently and with great dedication to drive initiatives forward. _

- _Excellent organizational skills with a highly independent, structured, and organized approach to work. _

- _Possession of a friendly and confident demeanour, with excellent communication skills. _

- _Demonstration of a client and solution-oriented approach with a proactive mindset. _

- _Proficiency in both written and spoken English. _

- _Excellent Microsoft Office skills. _
