We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join the Translated Enterprise Team in our HQ in Pi Campus, Rome.

Options to work remotely are available.

You will take care of Product Management for our existing and future integrations between TranslationOS and enterprise customers' systems.

You will represent the Translated tech division in front of customers and internal stakeholders, and ensure the successful implementation of the company tech programs.

Your responsibilities will include:

Product Management

Understanding and representing user needs.

Support the upper management on the definition of the vision and implement it.

Aligning stakeholders around the vision for the product.

Prioritizing product features and capabilities, managing and scheduling development tasks

Work with various teams (product, design, content, acquisition, sales) to implement strategies

Monitoring existing TMS/CMS/BMS, developing competitive analyses, identifying opportunities for integrating with TOS.

Report and present quarterly accomplishments to customers Importante Azienda quarterly business reviews

Program Design

Lead technical and process aspects of early sales and project planning meetings with client representatives, Translated business and project management owners

Determine best approach and technology configurations for content localization and transformation

Define detailed localization production steps in conjunction with the Translated Production staff

Inform and communicate new production requirements on behalf of business stakeholders

Evolve and communicate best practices in creation, maintenance and delivery of work products

Communicate technical knowledge and resolutions to internal and external stakeholders

Consult on TMS setup and configuration and the use of other 3rd party localization tools and standards

Troubleshoot -- Solution problems that arise in engineering and production processes to defined quality standards

Program Support

Support production staff through projects, initiatives, load balancing and program efficiencies

Drive thought leadership throughout the organization on utilization of data to improve program performance and customer satisfaction

Escalation point for production teams related to internal and external technology infrastructure

**Requirements**:

3+ years of tech product management experience

Knowledge of the localization industry and translation management systems is highly desirable

Strong customer focus - able to identify and differentiate between customers, focus on their needs and engage them through communications activities

Experience in market analysis

Working knowledge of web analytics tools

Excellent attention to detail

Creativity
