Product Manager at Warc Africa Join Warc Africa as a Product Manager, where you will lead the development and optimization of essential internal systems to drive operational efficiency and support our organizational growth. Reporting to senior leadership, this role will focus on designing and implementing tools and processes that enable Warc teams to work smarter, scale effectively, and achieve our ambitious goals. With the objective of increasing revenue and expanding operations in Ghana and Uganda, you will ensure that our internal systems are robust, scalable, and aligned with our mission.

Responsibilities:Lead the development and optimization of internal systems. Design and implement tools to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborate with operations, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams. Identify critical pain points and streamline internal processes. Ensure seamless system integration across the organization. Requirements:Proven experience as a Product Manager (5+ years). Strong ability to lead complex projects. Knowledge of internal system design and implementation. Advanced English proficiency. Willingness to travel to Ghana, Africa when necessary.
