Product Manager - Healthcare & Wellbeing
Role Purpose**:
The product manager will be responsible for the market analysis and the service proposition in the Healthcare and Wellbeing area working on the end to end development of innovative services from the idea creation to the business case definition. Sell -build
- run process implementation and management will be essential part of the scope of work on both existing and new services.
The product manager will be also in charge of the customer experience definition and in life management, taking care of the proposition development coordinating the working groups with the responsibility of process design and management, keeping focus on the economic performance, supporting the sales enablement and actively participating in relevant customer meetings.
Furthermore s/he will coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including relevant Partners.
The scope includes project management responsibilities with focus on prioritization and time management, also including the ability to handle processes and documents on public tenders.
**Key accountabilities and decision ownership**:
- Create and own market requirements specifications and processes for the products and related offers. Responsible for taking services through the Italian product development processes
- Accountable for design and processes of new products in the Healthcare and Wellbeing Sectors. This includes product performance management, maintaining high calibre group product collateral and training materials, product marketing and PR activities, product innovation and rationalisation
- Actively develop and execute best customer base life cycle experience to improve/innovate/simplify customer journey and delight them
- Managing key stakeholders in Vodafone Italy (mainly Product Management, Technology Functions)
- Accountable for product-related costs (capex and opex) and their impact on competitiveness
- Portfolio end to end management with strong focus on go to market & sales support in order to achieve commercial targets
- Top Customer Experience with a strong focus on all the touchpoints
**Core competencies, knowledge and experience**:
- Knowledge of the main KPI of our customer base, offer and corporate market process
- Significant hands-on experience on product management, product lifecycle management and product development
- Strong communications skills, comfortable interfacing with different audiences of varied levels of seniority
- Passionate for Marketing product development and project management
- Willingness to learn and teamwork through agile methodology
- Process Design and re-design
- Autonomy in managing and planning activities
- Commercial vision & business case management
- Stakeholder management
- Proactivity, curiosity and strong interest about innovation, better if focused on Healthcare & Wellbeing
**Nice to have technical / professional qualifications**:
- ICT/Telco Product Management experience
- Excellent MS office skills, excel in particular
- Knowledge of process design and re-design methodologies, approaches and tools
- Past project management experiences with autonomy in delivering the project
- Vertical knowledge of the Healthcare sector is a strong plus
Studies:
- Graduated (Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics)
- Holding higher-level qualification is a plus
- Professional fluency in English (B2 minimum)
Tenure:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience
