Product Manager - Hemostasis
Ensuring support for the sales force to achieve turnover targets applying specific and appropriate marketing strategies for own products competence and guarantees continuous support to the Commercial Management both in pre-sales and post-sales activities to achieve company objectives.
In addition, clinical awareness and adoption of the Werfen solution increases in local market through training courses, clinical / scientific events and involvement and the networking of Key Opinion Leaders. Key AccountabilitiesBe responsible for the pre-sales planning of complex projectsSupport the sales process in defining the most suitable technical solutions to be presented to the customer by sharing the pre-sales design with the other functions companies involvedConduct product training for field personnel and Product SpecialistsProduct promotion activities with customersCollaborate with the Line Manager in acquiring the market needs useful for the development of the product or service so as to be able to do so improve and possibly design new onesParticipate in meetings with the sales force and Customer Service for the purpose to increase their knowledgePlan, organize (in collaboration with the communication team), promote and actively participate in scientific events sponsored by Werfen (congresses, seminars, symposia) to strengthen scientific knowledge, image and establish the Werfen solutions as a standard of patient diagnostic managementActively participate in scientific days and events (seminars, local days) for strengthen the image of the company and promote productsHave continuous contact with the sales office in order to monitor the tenders on goingOrganize training sessions for Product Specialists, Area Sales Manager and Sales SpecialistData collection on competitors and market needs to improve product positioning and penetrationNetworking/Key relationshipsTo be defined based on the needs of the department, include relationships such as:Internal: Sales - Customer Services - Tenders - Offers - Logistics - Communication - Finance - QA - Administration - Human ResourcesExternal: Customers - Users - Suppliers - Opinion Leaders - AgenciesMinimum Knowledge & Experience required for the positionQualification: University Degree in Science or Engineering or technically orientedExperience: at least 2 years of experience in the role, preferably in the sector of in vitro diagnostics and / or medical sectorAdditional knowledge:SAPOffice 365Skills & CapabilitiesResults and customer orientationTeam work and cooperationLeadershipNegotiationCommunication and listeningSpecific technical - scientific knowledgeKnowledge of the Market / Customer / TerritoryKnowledge of the ProductsStrategic and operational marketing techniquesAbility to plan effectively and prioritize activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
