Job Description: The Product Manager will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a product line, from development to market launch, also carrying out collaborations with foreign third-party companies.

This role requires strong technical expertise, preferably in electronic or mechanical engineering, in addition to product management and strategy skills.

The resource, reporting directly to the property, will take care of the following activities:

Develop and implement product strategy for industrial automation solutions; Collaborate with engineering teams for the design and development of new products; Manage the product lifecycle, from conception to production and post-sales support; Analyze the market and identify customer needs to drive innovation in both new products and improvements to existing ones; Coordinate activities with sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of product launches; Provide technical support and training to customers and the sales team.

Requirements: Degree in Electronic, Mechatronic, or Mechanical Engineering related to Industrial Automation or a related field; At least 3/5 years of experience in similar roles, with solid knowledge of industrial automation; Advanced skills in mechanics and electronics; Experience in project management and technical product development; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions; Preferably native Hindi speaker with fluency in English and Italian.
