We are looking for a Product Manager for compact drives to expand our EMEA team.
The new employee can be located in Italy, although the position will requires frequent business trips across EMEA.
The Product Manager will:
- Manage new compact drives products launch and life cycle from phase-in to phase-out.
- Coordinate and supervise the product road map.
- be responsible for the profitability and life cycle of compact drives portfolio.
- Define pricing guidelines and market position.
- be responsible of oversees inventory levels and sales volumes on a regular basis to ensure ability to fulfil customer orders.
- Track and analyzescompact drives performance and trends in terms of volume and profitability.
- Ensure technical and commercial support to Sales force across EMEA region for critical or special negotiations.
- Work with Research & Development (R&D) to propose and evaluate product feasibility of projects and roadmaps for new compact drives portfolio.
- Collaborate with internal Marketing and Sales teams to define the marketing plan, including marketing communication activities, training activities and sales initiatives
**Qualifications
- Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Degree at University level
- Professional in Marketing, Sales or related,
- Robust previous experience in Marketing, Sales or Product Management.
- Fluent English and Italian both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel in EMEA
- Ability to explain and to interact with others in an international environment.
- Capability to develop awareness & skills
