THE ROLE:

The **Product Manager Intern** supports product activities of the organisation and support long term product management strategies for the company.

We are looking for two brilliant **new graduates in Business Management/Marketing or similar** to join our Product Management Office in Milan.

The new interns will support the Team in the following activities:

- Perform competitive assessments, competitor analysis, and monitor industry and market trends;

- Review market analysis and ensure that new products meet Italian market customer requirements;

- Support Product Managers in the role of product planning and market launching work;

- Work with Product Divisions on the product lifecycle management;

- Support in leading the output of product value proposition in the region, and guiding sales & marketing areas to implement and promote;

- Assist in the data analysis, create data analysis reports and be able to identify business issues through data analysis;

- Work with the system processes, based on the global system process framework, to ensure the applicability and effectiveness in the region;

- Assist in the achieving of business goals, such as sales results and profitability, SKU/products efficiency and turnover in the region.

- Master degree in Product Management/Marketing or similar;

- Strong analytical and product management skills;

- Confident, dynamic and team player personality;

- Fluent knowledge of English
