With a sustainable development perspective, we produce and market high-quality specialty biostimulants and environmentally friendly liquid solutions.

Our ranges of biostimulants, soil conditioners, trace elements and biocontrol solutions, allow us to offer an adapted and high-performance plant and soil nutrition to specific needs and for every kind of crop and soil.

As part of our international growth, we are looking for a Product Manager Italia, to strengthen our presence in Italy.

Main missions : Marketing and Technical Support - To follow and support our team on technical and marketing operations in Italy.

- To propose and use marketing strategies to maximize sales effectiveness and extend the current distribution network.

- To conduct in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.

- To work in line with KPIs and targets set out by executives.

- Represent the company and its products in seminars, meetings or exhibitions to introduce our products.

- To work in partnership with our Country sales Manager.

Qualifications: - Degree qualified in Agriculture or related fields.

- Solid experience in agricultural and biostimulants/liquid fertilizers industry in Italy.

- Ability to manage and influence different stakeholders – both internally and externally.

- Customer focus; market-oriented business mindset.

- English or French mandatory.
