About the job: Work on the perfect combination between a technical field, a business field, management, communication, and strategic thinking. Use your hands-on mentality to get things done. You work directly with the customer on the product, present changes, and perform tests throughout the process. Identify & understand the requirements of a client and incorporate this knowledge into the production process in close cooperation with our engineers. Gain a deep understanding of consumer expectations, which will help you to explore new products/features for the client and translate this into the UX flow together with our designers. Guide the success of a product and lead our cross-functional team (designers and engineers) that is responsible for building it. About you: You have already gained 2-3 years of work experience in product management. Preferably, you have already gained some experience in digital design (Adobe XD, Figma, etc. ) and have a basic understanding of coding. Your communication skills enable you to break down complex concepts and communicate them easily to other involved stakeholders. Set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts while thinking about what's the best for all involved stakeholders. You don't fear trying something different, breaking imaginary barriers, and aiming for innovative design. You are always thinking beyond our customers and aspire to offer the best customer experience. Fluent English skills complete your profile.
