Product Management Manager, Consulting & Innovation
Overview

We seek an accomplished Product Director to lead the evolution of our Mastercard Market Trends product, a core component of our business intelligence ecosystem. Mastercard Market Trends is at the heart of a business intelligence eco-system built on a universe of market data and payment insights. It helps customers across the globe make smarter decisions, stay competitive and embrace new trends. Our Product Managers are listening to our customers and driving new innovations in self-service market insights. Role
- Own, define and deliver end-to-end strategy for content planning of the online thought leadership platform from current to future proof state; deliver on ambition to become recognized leader in in the field.
- Manage content planning, communication, and partnerships to ensure high-quality, relevant content for the engagement team.
- Oversee third-party relationships for market-specific content development globally and regionally.
- Coordinate production and localization of regional content.
- Design and conduct user research, including customer interviews, to deepen understanding of customers' pain points, motivations, and opportunities.
- Translate a deep understanding of our customers into products and solutions that drive significant customer value.
- Drive product profitability through strategic initiatives.
- Manage stakeholders, balancing internal relationships and regional needs with global strategies.
- Identify gaps and develop action plans to strengthen product positioning.
- Define business requirements for product improvement and development.
- Ensure consistency across all published materials.
- Own P&L and drive profitability by proposing initiatives and coordinating stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams for product support and with the Customer Experience team for intuitive features.
All About You
- Demonstrated experience in product management required, additional consulting experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in business or relevant experience; advanced degree a plus.
- Proven track record collaborating in cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding products.
- Experience in the financial services or payments industry a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders.
- Solutions-oriented with a focus on thought leadership.
- Keen understanding of competitive offerings and industry trends.
- Strong organization and ability to prioritize.
