**Position Summary

The role will focus on product management activity with a direct responsibility of the entire product portfolio of **Cement and Concrete equipment** that means dealing with the entire lifecycle of a product, gathering market needs/opportunities for proposing new testing solutions, maintaining the existing product competitiveness working closely with R&D, Sales, Service and Marketing.

The role will have high autonomy but will be part of the Product Managers team and it will report to the Head of Product Management.

The position will be based at Controls Italy, via Salvo d'Acquisto 2/4, 20060 Liscate (Mi), Italy.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze market trends, identify customer needs and set market requirements for new product development strongly linked to technical needs in order to give feedback both to R&D (primary) and to S&M.

- Perform competitive analyses to implement the positioning of the product portfolio.

- Interact with main company Stakeholder including external labs, universities, research centers for the development of new products/solutions.

- Strongly collaborate with R&D for the definition and day-by-bay execution of product development plan including cost analysis.

- Collaborate with marketing & sales team to strengthen product brand positioning in order to find the best technical solutions for the company.

**Experience and Skills**:

- MSc Material Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.

- Preferred experience in material testing equipment industry.

- Good spoken and written English level.

- Autonomy and proactive approach.
