Job Description Summary**: As Product Manager Oncology reporting to the National Sales Manager Oncology, you will develop and drive the strategic and tactical initiatives for the BD-PI-Oncology segment which includes a broad range of products with several new and exciting products in the pipeline.
You are also responsible for supporting the country to achieve the desired financial performance through comprehensive and timely market development, portfolio management, and execution of key strategic marketing programs.

**Our vision for Peripheral Intervention at BD**:
Our Peripheral Intervention (PI) business unit offers a comprehensive range of medical products, devices and services for the treatment of peripheral arterial and venous disease, cancer detection, and end-stage renal disease and maintenance.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- You will act as a key contact point and primary source of information for marketing and technical requests by Clinical partners, KOLs, BU, and Sales Force and you will operate across our PI-Oncology portfolio to support the implementation of Italian marketing and sales strategy
- Develops category leadership strategies and tactics to ensure sales growth and excellence in new products launch and new technology/therapy adoption
- Design Market Shaping Strategy for the Business Unit and drive execution
- Ensure successful launch of new technologies and new therapies owning from pre-launch to post-launch
- Crafts awareness events, DTC, and DTP campaigns with a strong focus on Digital
- Reinforce the partnership with existing KOL's, ensuring higher service and follow-up, in conjunction with local clinical and sales teams with EU Marketing, Market Development Team, and Physician Training team
- Identify and develop new KOLs in existing fields and new areas of interest
- Reinforce relationships and partnerships with Key clinical and patients associations
- Partner closely with Regulatory, Market Access, Market Development, and Compliance to ensure the timely execution of key strategies
**About you**:
- Bachelor's degree, medical or scientific graduate degree preferred
- MBA or Master's Degree is a plus
- Proven exp in product launch, market shapping & developing and implementing digital campaigns
- Previous experience in Breast Cancer diagnosis/treatment and/or Vascular access fields is a plus
- Experience from a multi-national company
- Proficient level of English (other languages a plus)
- Flexible with regard to travel (up to 20%)
