**The role

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborating with all the operations teams to develop product strategy and roadmap for our internal tools and process improvements.

- Developing holistic solutions across the stack of tools and teams to improve both your colleagues' and clients' experience.

- Leading cross-functional collaborations from end to end to build consensus and manage expectations.

- Using second-order thinking to optimize internal tools to improve the final client's user experience.

- Passionate about designing processes, fixing processes, improving processes, and streamlining (guess what!)

processes.

- Getting your hand dirty and doing whatever is necessary to support the internal tools and operations teams.

**Some important details**:

- Empatica is an international environment with offices in Europe and the US, and so we conduct all our work in English

- We are operating a hybrid model where our employees choose whether to work from home or come to the office, however, this is not a full-remote positio

**Requirements**:

- Has an owner's mindset and doesn't think something is someone's else job.

They are comfortable with responsibility and take action with a high level of complexity and unpredictability.

They lead without authority and make stuff happen around them.

- Is an exceptional communicator who can build consensus among different stakeholders and manage expectations.

- Is deeply passionate about anything related to processes.

Bonus

- Worked for 2+ years of experience in product management with agile product development.

- Used and configured CRMs and ERPs platform.

- Scaled a startup from its early days and contributed to its growth.
