Job PurposeWe are seeking a Product Manager with proven experience in the pharmaceutical sector, in rare diseases and hematology, to join our team.

A stimulating and collaborative workplace with opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies for the launch and management of innovative drugs in the fields of hematology and rare diseases.

• Lead the product launch activities, including market analysis, product positioning, and communication plans.

• Collaborate with the medical, commercial, and internal teams to ensure a synergistic approach to market strategies.

• Analyze market data, trends, and patient insights to identify growth opportunities and enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Manage the marketing budget and monitor the KPIs of promotional activities.

• Stay updated on pharmaceutical regulations and specific needs in the rare disease sector.

• Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), scientific societies, and patient associations to build strategic partnerships. Required EducationDegree in Marketing, Economics, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related fields; a Master's degree is a plus. Required Skills and Experience• 5-7 years of experience in marketing roles within the pharmaceutical industry, mostly in rare diseases or hematology.

• Proven experience in drug launches, especially in complex and highly regulated markets.

• Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and dynamics related to rare diseases.

• Excellent analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a team-oriented mindset.

• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations and regulatory processes. Required LanguagesFluency in English; knowledge of a second language is an advantage.
