PRODUCT MANAGER

Roelmi HPC is a company in strong growth and a leader in the research and development, production and sale of innovative, high-quality raw materials and ingredients for the cosmetics and nutraceutical market.

With a view to new organisation of the Nutraceutical Market department, we are looking for a _**Product Manager**. _

The resource will:

- analysis of the profitability of their portfolio;

- support in new developments or in consolidating the product dossier in collaboration with R&D;

- knowledge of the competitor landscape related to its portfolio;

- prepare the Product budget and monitoring sales trend;

- analysis of the profitability of its portfolio;

- define market prices;

- technical and scientific support to Sales Managers, drawing on the resources of other departments as necessary;

- bibliographic research and writing of scientific texts for websites;

- prepare marketing material, in collaboration with the Marketing and Communication department;

- prepare material for publications in trade or scientific journals.

**Requirements**:

- master in pharmacy or biological or natural bachelor's degree;

- previous experience in the same job for at least 3/5 years in the PM Department of a company;

- excellent spoken and written knowledge of the English language;

- problem solving and goal achivement;

- dynamism, proactivity, organisational skills, precision and punctuality in carrying out the assigned tasks;

- good dialectics;

- availability to travel.
