Your mission:

Provide technical training to Hemro partners in South Europe.

Address customer concerns and quality claims.

Communicate closely with factories' quality and production.

Gather market insights for innovation and benchmarking.

Conduct product field tests in collaboration with R&D.

Serve as the primary contact for sales and marketing for technical content.

Drive operational excellence in the assigned areas.

Reporting to: The Global Head of PM Branded Business and the Head of Sales EMEA.

Your profile:

Handling the customer complaint process.

Demonstrate and present products in various environments such as events, exhibitions, or offices.

Overseeing internal and external product documentation.

3 years of Product Management experience in a manufacturer, distributor, or related field or 3 years of experience in the coffee industry (e. g. , roaster, café manager, wholesale, or operations manager for roasted or green coffee).
