Product Manager - Tours
Working directly with one of Wandrian's main brands, ItaliaTours, you will be our point person for overseeing and managing all tours & activities' product inventory and distribution across multiple direct & reseller/sales channels. As part of the overall ItaliaPass vision, ItaliaTours offers exclusive tours for our members as well as the general public. In addition to managing the product inventory, you will keep a pulse on the market, monitor competitors, and provide feedback to ensure that we're offering the most competitive tours & activities available.

**Who you are
- 5+ years experience in the Travel/Tourism industry
- Experience with inventory management systems
- Passion for and comprehensive understanding of Italy
- Strong skills in using and manipulating data (OTA platforms and reservations systems - knowledge of Fareharbor a plus!)
- Sales oriented understanding of how your role contributes to our annual sales targets
- High degree of organizational skills & attention to detail
- Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks
- Adaptable, always growing and improving
- Not afraid to make mistakes, and accountable to learn from them
- Recognizes the importance of teamwork, seeks win-win outcomes when collaborating with others
- Open to new ideas, and willing to experiment
- Excellent English, with a talent for integrating AI with "old fashioned" compelling copy
**What you will do
- Manage product journey: from idea to dev to launch and maintenance
- Own all inventory in our Operations Management System (product set-up and maintenance, API connections)
- Manage seasonal updates and scale across channels
- Manage availability, content and price accuracy across all channels to maximize and optimize product placement and exceeding sales targets
- Maintain collaborative relationships with current and future distributors/suppliers
- Provide regular sales insight - monitoring competitors, new products, industry feedback
- Monitor market trends and how they influence upcoming product development
- Managing and maintaining our media library, updates, sourcing
- Developing effective and scalable solutions to improve process efficiencies
- Represent ItaliaTours at trade shows and industry events on occasion
