**About our project

Innovamat is a K-8 curriculum that democratizes the learning of mathematics.

We provide our students with the skills needed in the 21st century by promoting meaningful learning and critical thinking.

VC backed and crushing it in the south of Europe and LaTam, our goal is to expand and make math accessible in the western countries.

We are a network of more than 300 people who are passionate about teaching, Mathematics and technology.

All this combined has caused us to reach more than 1, 200 schools, which is more than 210, 000 students and 12, 000 teachers.

**Your mission at Innovamat

You will provide useful information to make decisions about the direction that the roadmaps of the different teams should take, mainly the catalog creation and iteration, with the aim of improving the user experience.

**Your **day to day at Innovamat**:

- Lead research related to user behavior and product usability.

- Hold regular meetings with Revenue and Customer Success teams in the region.

- Visits to schools:

- Meetings with teachers and their advisors

- Class observation

- Configure demands / requirements that determine the roadmaps of the content or technology catalog creation teams.

- Provide the manager with all the content that teachers need to use the product successfully.

- Define the requirements of the initiative and communicate them to the collaborating teams (Customer Success, Product).

- Design and implement initiatives related to content distribution.

**What do we look for in you?

**:

- Experience as a Product Manager (at least 2 years).

- Knowledge of agile methodologies.

- Communication skills that are a_ must_.

- Dynamism and proactivity in solving problems with the ability to learn and adapt.

- Empathy and ability to work as a team.

- Analytical thinking.

- Ability to perform tasks with autonomy.

**The Selection Process

**Meet our People's Team**.

Our 30-45 minute conversation will give you more background on Innovamat, the role, and what you can expect of your experience at Innovamat.

Moreover, we will focus on knowing about your experience and understanding the fit to our values.

**Technical Step** - conducted by the hiring team.

You will be sent a technical exercise to prepare it and comment on it during the interview.

This step will focus on hard skills and domain knowledge required for the role.

This usually takes 60 minutes.

**Final interview** - if you arrive here, that means you are probably our finalist.

During this meeting, you will meet the last person responsible for the area for a final check and to negotiate conditions.
