Product Manager Wall Inlets & Cooling
Mission & Responsibilities
Our Global product manager for wall inlets and cooling will
- Manage product strategy, roadmap and the product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Specify market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, customer segmentation supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers
- Participate to the product development in the core teams (with Engineering, Purchasing, Manufacturing, etc) through product requirements and market positioning
- Analyze sales and margins, define and review pricing
- Benchmark competitive products and analyze competition sales & performance
- Develop and implement a company-wide go-to-market plan, working with all departments to execute.
- Help making sales leaflet, technical documentation and selection software
- Participate actively to product launch and sales training
- Analyzing potential partner relationships for the product partnership
Education & Skills
- Master of Sciences in Marketing or in Engineering
- 5 years in a similar position
- Fluent in english, both oral and written
- Strong knowledge of Product Management acquired in an international B2B environment
- He/She shall have Marketing experience with a good technical understanding, sales experience is a plus
- He/she needs to demonstrate proven experience/skills in marketing and Product Management
- Excellent listening and written & verbal communication skills
- Great teamwork capabilities in a multicultural and international environment
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to get the job done
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of developing long-term relationships with dealers, customers and Munters sales teams
- Be recognized as a leader in the business and build relations with business stakeholders
- Able to understand, interpret and translate into a synthetic document the often-conflicting demands of customers, development & management
- Able to contribute to the long-term product development and marketing strategies
- Utilize tools and systems to conduct effective analysis of data from multiple source
- Effectively manage the product portfolio, aligning company strategy with product priorities, understand the full value chain and product management processes
