Our Western Europe Coronary team is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Product Manager to join a high-performing marketing team.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to improve the life of patients suffering from coronary artery disease.
You'll manage a portfolio which offers safe, effective, and innovative technologies to enable life-changing treatments.
The Core Coronary portfolio focuses on providing PCI procedure enablers such as Guide Wires, Guiding Catheters, Diagnostic catheters, Inflation devices, and other specialty devices.
On top of being instrumental to enable procedures to treat coronary artery disease this portfolio is critical to the financial success of the CRDN group.
**A Day in the Life
- Identifies, develops, and implements near-term and long-term Marketing strategies relating to the downstream execution of the Coronary marketing strategy for key aspects of the specialty product portfolio.
- Does proactive portfolio and product management: Marketing mix strategy & execution, market intelligence interpretation, marketing campaigns launches & competition debunking packages.
- Develops and manages the dedicated portfolio marketing plan across Marketing and Sales organizations.
- Drives and leads external promotion and advertising campaigns aligned with the Coronary portfolio strategies
- Works with sales, marketing, OU global Organization and potential customers to determine their needs.
- Ensures the development and delivery of appropriate assets for the countries/regions to leverage for launches including partnering with internal training on strategies for education of the team related to product launches
- Ensures strategic partnership and alignment with other functional areas such as research, clinical development, education, reimbursement, and sales.
- Ensures accurate up to date information to the supply chain team to assist in driving planning accuracy, and accurate planning on phase in and phase out of product lines
- Collaborates with Supply Chain and Customer Care groups to manage supply disruption and challenges
**Must Have: Minimum Requirements
- Business/Marketing degree or equivalent ideally
- Min 2 years' experience as a successful product marketing, strategy development and execution ideally in the healthcare environment
- Regional experience (not single country) is a pre-requisite.
- Fluent in English
- High-performing individual; self-starter; strong track record of project execution with potential to manage complex programs independently
- Proven experience of working in a cross-functional team and navigating the matrix successfully.
- Strong work ethic, results-oriented
- Strategic and analytical thinker, problem solver
- A positive person who brings passion, energy and excellence in execution to their work.
- Ability to travel up to 50 % of the Time if needed
**Nice to Have
- Experience in a European role and Coronary organization.
- Commercial experience.
- Any other European language is an advantage.
