What you'll do:

- You will join the team of Marketing MySisal and in particular in the Retail Business reporting directly itto MySisal Marketing Manager;- Your main focus will be handling Service Marketing activities and projects as well as Product Management related with our ancillary services offered to our B2B customers and partners;- You will be deeply involved in the management of a B2B website platform that provides a range of additional services for our point of sales network with the aim to increase website users and redemption for each service;- You will support in the management of specific services - and related projects - starting from:

- identification of new partners and managing relationship with current ones;- collaboration with IT department to ensure the go-live of new services;- support in the communication plan development both for new services and current ones;- monitoring services' performances and propose improvements;- reporting activity.

Who you are:

- You have at least 2- 3 years of experience in marketing field, planning and executing marketing campaigns and activities;- You have a degree in business economics or marketing;- You have excellent knowledge of Office, in particular Excel and Power Point;- You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;- You are proactive and determined;- You are Critical thinker with problem-solving skills.

A strong team player;- You have passion and motivation to drive results, analytical skills to track campaign & business performance, effective communication and presentation skills and passion for retail and customer experience.

Preferrably, you also have:

- Basic knowledge of OAS, Think-Cell. - Experience in tender management to identify the best partner to work with.
