Product Marketing Intern - Energy Management
Your Mission We are seeking a Marketing Intern to assist in managing a Power Management cloud platform, focusing on supporting the future innovation of Schneider Electric's Power Management System.
You will help define effective marketing strategies tailored for the Italian market and collaborate closely with the Global Business Unit.
As part of the marketing team within the Italy Country Organization, you will gain hands-on experience in understanding customer needs, developing tools to support the sales team and customers, conducting competitor benchmarking, and assisting with training and customer presentations.
You will work with various company departments, including sales, supply chain, Marcom, quality, and finance.
Given the current energy crisis, you will play a role in promoting the power management cloud platform, particularly in light of rising prices.
Staying informed about the evolution of the energy market and regulations (TSO, DSO, government) will be crucial for anticipating market needs.
What You Will Do Assist in defining the annual marketing plan for the system to help achieve target results (sales, profitability, market share, etc. ).
Support the performance assessment (financial, engagement, satisfaction) of marketing initiatives.
Help analyze the competitive landscape to create technical benchmarks and support pricing strategy efforts.
Contribute to the development and deployment of launch plans for new solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing team to shape go-to-market strategies and support promotional activities.
Assist in creating content for increasing the promotion of the offer through digital communication (i. e. , social networks), documents, software, and tools.
Work closely with Schneider Electric's departments, including digital supply chain, finance, quality, sales, and technical support.
Use data (e. g. , sales volume) to identify actions that can improve the performance of the offer in the Italian market.
Support the sales team and customers (end users, panel builders, specifiers, contractors, etc. )
in their activities.
Provide training and presentations to the sales team and customers.
Engage in frequent exchanges with the global business unit to support and influence projects and products according to the trends and needs of the Italian customer.
Monitor the Digital Customer Experience and share insights with the Global Business Unit to improve processes (e. g. , digital supply chain, contract renewal).
