This is a key role for defining and implementing the strategy for Agilent products!

**Your key responsibilities will be**:

- Develop and define a solid product roadmap being VOC in defining product requirements to meet customers' needs and differentiate from competition

- Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Sales to align New Product Introduction goals to the needs of the markets we operate in

- Be FPOC during product development phases - from business case to requirements, to commercialization and launch

- Develop and deliver powerful and compelling trainings to the sales channels

- Work with R&D, manufacturing, and sales to develop new products and to ensure smooth new product(s) or product line(s) introduction

- Lead product offerings through the entire product life cycle

- Conduct competitive analysis to determine product positioning, market segmentation, channel mix, pricing, volume, product service/support strategy and identify customer needs

- Develop product definitions and solution plans designed to address customer needs and/or expand market share

You will be working in our plant in Torino (Leinì) with the flexibility to work from home some days of the week.

**Qualifications**:

Ability to communicate compelling ideas clearly and concisely

- Experience in working with customers worldwide

- Strong internal advocate for developing customer-focused solutions

- Proficient professional knowledge of English and Italian
