If you want to change people's lives, join Vita Health! About the Role We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager with a strategic, data-driven mindset to help develop and optimize our go-to-market strategy.
In this role, you will work closely with our Product, Growth, Content, and Performance Marketing teams to refine our product positioning, enhance in-app communication, and drive activation, engagement, and retention strategies.
You will be responsible for crafting compelling value propositions tailored to our different user segments, translating market insights and data analysis into effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities Product Marketing Strategy and Execution Define and execute go-to-market strategies for new features and productsDevelop clear and differentiated value propositions for both B2C and B2B audiencesCollaborate with the product team to enhance in-app messaging and positioningStructure and optimize onboarding, activation, monetization and retention flowsData Analysis and Market Research Conduct competitive benchmarks and analyze communication strategies used by industry competitorsAnalyze user funnel data to improve the customer journeyTrack key engagement and churn KPIs, identifying areas for optimizationTest and iterate strategies based on data and user feedbackImplement all the discovery process requiredGrowth and Performance Marketing Support Work with the Marketing team to develop awareness and acquisition strategiesCreate messaging and content for paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)Develop and optimize email marketing flows for activation, retention, and cross-sellingSupport SEO and ASO initiatives to enhance organic product visibilityRequirements 3-5 years of experience in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product Management or Performance MarketingStrong ability to analyze product data and metrics to inform strategic decisionsExperience in go-to-market strategy development and messagingFamiliarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar)Ability to write persuasive copy in both English and Italian, optimized for different channelsExperience with email marketing platforms (e. g. , Klaviyo, HubSpot, Apollo. io)Knowledge of paid advertising strategies and experience in optimizing campaign performanceFamiliarity with design tools like Canva or Figma for marketing asset creationStrong problem-solving skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and results-driven approachWhat we Offer Full remote: work from anywhere in Italy, with the option to visit our Milan officeA dynamic and challenging work environment to learn and grow quicklyPersonalized learning path with access to training platformsA supportive manager who will help you grow in your careerAn amazing opportunity to make a real impact in the health and wellness industryIf you want to be part of a fast-growing company and drive the success of an innovative product, apply now!
