**The team you will be a part of**:
- The Product Marketing team markets the organization's products and services using customer marketing databases.
Creates direct mail marketing plans, targeting specific market segments with specialized offers.
Collaborates with market research in developing response models and other database improvements.
May conduct data mining analyses of customer data to develop marketing trends.
**This role in summary**:
You will join the Product Marketing - Dishwashing Category Team and you will be responsible for the delivery of our consumer inspired innovation pipeline through product development, implementation and execution throughout its entire life cycle.
In this role, you will also ensure that the product pipeline supports the company's overall strategy and goals.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Owning the overall project delivery, guaranteeing the delivery of on-time, on-cost & on-quality metrics.
This includes leading the development of our product innovation projects & implementation plans working closely with project leaders and a multifunctional team.
- Embedding category, customer and consumer insights into the product development process (front-end through launch).
- Benchmarking competition
- Defining and analyzing metrics that inform the success of the projects and products, including but not limited to: SKU management, phase-in/phase-out, ramp-up of new product launches, SKU optimization, management of base model catalogue, and quality metrics.
- Supporting in-market launch and execution of projects including the development of a winning value proposition, accurate line-up and alignment to market strategy
- Working closely with the brand team to develop impactful customer and consumer-centric marketing & communications support materials
- Ensuring communication of vision and strategy for your area of responsibility above and below within the organization
- Securing team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication
- Driving your project peer group and enabling the right level of cooperation among functions
- Providing guidance, coaching and mentorship to Junior Product Manager and Intern
- Attending Educational activities
**Minimum requirements**:
- Degree in economic, engineering or scientific disciplines (possibly followed by a Master or postgraduate course in Marketing)
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience in structured environment with ability to interact in a complex and structured environment
- Passionate about innovations and product development with proven ability to develop and execute marketing plans at strategic and tactical level
- Excellent project management and analytical skills, capable of assimilating complex market data with qualitative and quantitative inputs to arrive at fact-based, informed decisions
- Ability to ensure team spirit, good team-working environment, conflict negotiation, individual and group communication and to drive their group to the right level of cooperation among functions
- Ability to network and form strong business relationships with influential stakeholders
- Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Fluent English (must), other languages (nice to have)
- Ability to Provide leadership and mentorship to the entire team
