- Would _you _like to join Fiac Professional Air Compressors and contribute to shaping our strategic direction for products and _market segments in the future? _
- Fiac is part of t_he Professional Air Division (PAD) which within the Atlas Copco Compressor Technique Business Area _(CTBA) has developed a business strategy to _deliver best in class customer service to both a B2B and B2C customer base.
_The divisional _strategy is to become and remain first in mind and first in choice for all our products and target market segments.
We aim to do this by excelling in professional and DIY piston compressor technology, representing our biggest segment in volume. _
- As part of this commitment FIAC now seeks to strenghten its marketing team by appointing a Product Marketing _Manager to _lead our professional and DYI compressor program. _
What you will deal with in this role?
- You will develop and manage the full** **range of professional and DYI compressors for all of our global markets via our customer center sales channels;
- Through your thorough understanding of the professional compressor market and your entrepreneurial attitude you will further develop a product strategy that enables Fiac to reach full market potential through a variety of segments, focusing on time to market as the key to realizing early revenues and profits;
- You will position our Fiac brand to achieve maximum market share and pricing within each market segment and within each geographical territory to ensure sustainable, profitable growth, not least by providing effective and innovative product launches;
- You will be involved with existing or new potential key accounts and through your understanding of their business drivers make our offer increasingly more attractive through customer added value;
- You will drive innovative marketing support to Fiac including supporting and promoting digitalised communication as the main media to rapidly reach all our business partners;
- You will inspire campaigns to continuously stimulate our sales channels;
- You will pro-actively engage with OEM and Key account product development through our quotation and Concept to Market processes;
- You will closely cooperate with our Traded Goods Department to contribute to a successful make or buy analysis to optimize our strategy to market;
- You will develop and support a spirit of open communication, fairness, non-discrimination and respect for the individuals in all areas of operation;
- You will be a strong promoter of "People Care" culture by focusing on identifying, supporting and the proactive follow up of talented employees, especially with those possessing a good potential to grow within the Atlas Copco Group.
- You will interact with other AC Group entities in a constructive, productive and unselfish way that supports the development of synergies and the consolidated result of Fiac including the performance of the overall Business Area (and the Group)
What we expect from you?
- University degree in a marketing / engineering discipline or similar through experience Commercial business background, preferably in indirect channels
- A solid background in product development and supplier liaison International market exposure
- Entrepreneurial spirit to generate new business ideas
- Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
- Flexible approach, able to cope with changing environment and priorities & working under pressure.
- Excellent spoken and writing skills in English (and preferably a second language language)
- Being able to work independently
