The NXP Precision and Advanced Interfaces (PAI) product line is developing a family of high precision mixed-signal SoC for the fast growing Industry 4. 0 and factory automation market.

Our solution combines high accuracy, ultra-high dynamic range, as well as unparalleled software programmability.

We are working with some of the largest and most influential industrial OEMs to build the next generation of smart factory.

To accelerate the proliferation of this product family, we are building and expanding our R&D team in Catania including designers, test, system engineers and architect as well as product marketing manager.

**Your Responsibilities**:

Define market strategy for high precision analog for industry 4. 0

Develop and expand collaboration with GSM team and expand customer engagement

Promote our PA product to increase DWIN and revenue

Drive new product idea and contribute to product definition to solve system problem

- Create and define new system architecture to provide superior solutions in new markets.

- Promote and validate new product idea with customers while providing technical support.

- Collaborate with system engineer to define analog/mixed-signal data acquisition system, evaluation boards, and reference designs to position PAI for growth in Industrial and IoT.

- Collaborate with designer, test and product engineer for cost reduction.

- Business travel worldwide required

**Job Requirements**:

- BSEE or MSEE in EE and 5+ years semiconductor industry as prodcut marketing, system engineer, or product definer

- Strong knowledge in high performance analog and deep understandingn of noise, offset and gain drift performance of analog/mixed-signal data acquisition system.

- Extensive experience in low-noise, low-offset, high dynamic range designs.

- Extensive experience in system design with high resolution 24-bit ADC and 16-bit DAC

- Experience in product life-cycle execution

- System knowledge in industrial automation and data acquisition systems would be a plus.
