*** Responsibilities**:

***:

- **Support the Solution Marketing Manager to optimize the Business Unit portfolio through all its lifecycle phases according to market needs and BU short and long-term strategy.

***:

- **Ensures in collaboration with Cluster Marketing Managers a good understanding of market sizes, standards, verticals and channels positioning, value proposition and potential portfolio or business model gaps, both against competition and new market opportunities.

***:

- **Key person for the markets, representing the BU and ensuring marketing planning defined together with Solution Marketing Manager is properly understood and applied locally.

***:

- **Supports with analysis of current offering under responsibility, collecting standards, price/service levels required to succeed, technical requirements and works on business cases for new products or enhancements.

***:

- **Ensures the monitoring of the BU product portfolio and its lifecycle (PLC).

Promotion of the different products and monitoring of the right marketing mix taking corrective actions if and as needed, make sure profitable growth is realized according to business plan.

***:

- **Works on product/marketing documentation and needed training material to ensure it is available both internally and externally.

***Requisiti

**- **BSC or MSC in Engineering

***:

- **Experience in Product Marketing, Product Management (a bit of sales would not be bad)

***:

- **Experience with travelling and working in different cultures

***:

- **Used to analyze and understand market intelligence

***:

- **Able to analyze and solve complex situations - systemic thinking

***:

- **Good English is a must, other languages preferred

***:

- **Empathic, able to influence

***:

- **Humble, eager to learn
