Your RoleWe are looking for a Product Marketing Manager - Equipment to drive the evolution of Technogym's Equipments.
In this role, you will maximize the customer journey and user experience for end-users and professional users, in line with the Technogym process, starting from company guidelines and liaising with PMs, Network Sales Specialists and all other players in the development process.
You will be responsible for leading a multidisciplinary team to a product concept and coordinating product development, defining product specs and a roadmap for incremental development.
You will define the product launch and incremental communication.
Your ImpactCollect input by interviewing and collecting requests and feedback from customers using the product in real contextsAnalyze competitors and structure requests from all internal players in the development processCoordinate the internal departments and external competencies which contribute to the creation of new product conceptsVerify the perceived value of the proposed product concept with customersDefine the product's main behaviors and the evolution of feature development to ensure early deployment and collection of feedback from real users, while maximizing profit for the companyDefine the pricing and the expected volumes of sales, based on the roadmap and internal (e. g.
Sales Team) and market inputEnsure that all specifications and materials needed for development are produced by the different areas in time for the product developmentAssess and decide on trade-offs on product specsEnsure compliance with development time and costsDefine the product launch plan and coordinate its execution with the Communication, Marketing and other DepartmentsPrepare the most effective communication material to present the new incremental features to the sales team and customersAbout YouIdeally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical.
What you should bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Economics5+ years' experience in Project Management within companies that develop HW Products which possess embedded electronics and can interact with digital ecosystems.
