**Role Overview

As a **Product Marketing Manager, Investment** you'll report to the Consumer Marketing Lead and work closely with our Marketing & Growth functions (performance, brand, CRM), Product, Data, and Tech teams.

Your role will focus on successfully launching new product features and scaling Satispay's product across markets to drive user adoption and engagement.

Your mission:

- ** Develop and implement product marketing strategies.

** Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies to drive new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.

- ** Drive cross-functional collaboration.

** Coordinate with Product, Tech, CRM, and Creative teams to align on go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging for effective launch campaigns.

- ** Analyze and optimize product marketing performance.

**Regularly assess product marketing activities, utilizing key performance metrics to monitor success, optimize campaigns, and refine strategies.

- ** Generate insights to enhance product adoption.

**Collaborate with Data and Growth teams to analyze user feedback, identify growth opportunities, and adjust messaging and campaigns to increase user engagement.

- ** Prioritize objectives and align with OKRs.

**Prioritize objectives in alignment with company OKRs, leveraging key insights to drive growth and ensure marketing efforts support overall company goals.

Your ideal profile:

- ** Product marketing experience.

**You have strong marketing experience in a dynamic environment, with expertise in product marketing, go-to-market strategies, and user acquisition campaigns.

Finance & Investment products experience is a plus.

- ** Project management and organizational skills.

** With strong prioritization and stakeholder management abilities, you excel at leading projects with multiple cross-functional teams.

- ** Passion for personal finance and investment products.

**You have a strong interest in personal finance and investment products, and you stay informed about the latest trends to develop relevant and impactful strategies.

- ** Analytical and data-driven.

**You leverage data to inform strategies, track performance, and uncover insights for ongoing improvements.

- ** Adaptability and resilience.

**You thrive in a fast-paced environment, taking on challenges positively and continuously raising your performance standards.

- ** Language proficiency.

**Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
